Meter Case (Replaces Suzuki part no. 3411144B10)
Designed for use with 6mm shoulder bolts in place of studs on the stock part. I used product no. 14231 from boltdepot.com. I printed this part on the Concepts3d Athena 2 with ABS-like resin.
License Plate Mount (Replaces Suzuki part no. 6332003D03, 6331103D01, 3592744110)
Replaces stock license plate bracket. It is mounted with three m6 screws, the two parts are joined with two m6 nuts and bolts. designed for use with m6 license plate bolt lights.
Trip Reset Knob (Replaces Suzuki part no. 3412444B30)
Direct fit replacement for the stock part. Best printed using mSLA or other process which can replicate fine geometries.
Chain Slider (Replaces Suzuki part no. 6127314D00)
Direct fit replacement of the stock part. Best printed in a high durometer TPU. I have about 8000 kilometers on mine printed in Justmaker 64D TPU, it is showing light wear.
Sprocket Guard (Replaces Suzuki part no. 1136014D01)
Direct fit replacement of the stock part. Best printed in a heat resistant material.
Rear Hub Absorber (Replaces Suzuki part no. 6465115D00)
File contains both the part for direct printing and a mold for casting in urethane. I have about 20,000 km on my set of cast urethane absorbers with no significant wear.

Power Valves (Replaces Suzuki part no. 11250-08810)
Stock fitment, replaces roll pin on the middle slide with direct print bosses to improve mechanism durability. To be SLM printed in AlSi10Mg. Requires hand sanding to achieve desired fitment.
Power valve actuator repair gear (For Suzuki part no. 33970-19D12)
Replaces the final gear in the power valve actuator assembly. Make sure to correctly orient shaft and wipers when swapping gears.
Meter Case (Replaces Suzuki part no. 34111-01A00)
Replaces stock case backing, increased thicknesses where possible, added chamfers to reduce stress concentrations.
